Illinois REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center – VIRTUAL

75-hour ALL ONLINE Broker Pre-License Course (live sessions are on Mondays & Thursdays, starting at 4:00 p.m.)

Participants are provided with an instructor-paced outline for completing the 60-hour course on their own. You will benefit from more than 20 hours of LIVE webinar time with Instructor Norm Willoughby. This covers the 15 hours of mandatory interactive time, PLUS extra review time! Online classes begin with a 2-hour orientation. Illinois REALTORS® staff will provide live guidance on course requirements and navigation of the online portal. Class sessions begin at 4:00 p.m. and last 2-3 hours per session.

All coursework is on the Illinois REALTORS® online D2L platform, in partnership with Eastern Illinois University. Participants must be able to access the online platform and work on their own, as assigned.

(60-hour self-study course + 15-hour interactive course = 75 hours of mandatory education)

After completing both courses, you will receive two transcripts totaling the required 75 hours of education.

Session 3 – 10/19/2023: Units 6-8 (3-HOUR)
Session 4 – 10/23/2023: Units 9-11 (3-HOUR)
10/26/2023: NO CLASS
Session 5 – 10/30/2023 Units 12-14 (3-HOUR)
Session 6 – 11/02/2023: Units 15-18 (3-HOUR)
Session 7 – 11/06/2023: Units 19-21 (3-HOUR)
11/09/2023: NO CLASS
Session 8 – 11/13/2023: Units 22-24 (3-HOUR)
Session 9 – 11/16/2023: Closing & Final Review (2-HOUR)
