Course Description
The course is a summary of the ASTM standards concerning Property Condition Assessments (PCA) of commercial real estate. The student will learn “red flags” to look for when considering a commercial property, what a commercial client wants to know from a building inspection and how to best utilize the inspection report.  Approved in Illinois and Missouri
