Course Description
This class is qualifying education for the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the only distressed property brokerage certification for real estate professionals recognized and endorsed by NAR.  This course is specifically designed to show how the real estate professional can serve as a resource for sellers and buyers in the brokerage of distressed properties.
