GRI Designation 2016 - web banner (1)

The new Graduate, REALTOR® Institute program launched August 1, 2016. View the online curriculum and you may discover that you have already completed half the requirements needed to earn the GRI Designation.

If you have completed your broker post-license studies or managing broker pre-license studies with Illinois REALTORS® in the past five years, your studies count for 30 hours toward the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. You may also qualify by passing the GRI Proficiency Exam or Equivalency Course.

The advanced coursework of GRI provides in-depth training in many areas: client systems, procedures, laws, technology and more. Many of the courses count for both GRI and CE credit, and the E-Pro designation is an optional component of GRI training.

REALTORS® in Illinois believe so strongly in the importance of the GRI designation that a scholarship is offered specifically to licensees enrolling in GRI coursework. Apply for the Rich Port Scholarship at ilreef.org.

There is no application fee and no annual renewal fee for GRI. As a GRI Grad, you will be eligible to attend the annual live course for GRI Graduates, held this year in East Peoria at the Embassy Suites hotel November 30 and December 1.

Illinois REALTORS® can’t wait to celebrate your success when you become a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.
