Freddie Mac reports today that mortgage rates dipped slightly compared to last week and continue to remain near record lows. A 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.32 percent, down from 3.34 percent. A 15-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 2.66 percent, down from last week’s 2.67 percent.
