The REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI) installed its new leaders at its 2022 Annual Membership Meeting and 2023 Installation in late August.

REALTOR® Sam Row, designated managing broker of Keller Williams Pinnacle in Columbia is the 2023 president, while REALTOR® Ashley Barud of Coldwell Banker Brown REALTORS® in Belleville is president-elect. REALTOR® Brad Krueger of Century 21 Advantage in Columbia is treasurer and REALTOR® Karen Sheesley of RE/MAX Preferred in O’Fallon is the Immediate Past President.

The featured speaker was Illinois REALTORS® President Ezekiel “Zeke” Morris, the designated managing broker of EXIT Strategy Realty/EMA Management on the South Side of Chicago.

Deb Frazier is the CEO for RASI, which serves about 1,000 members in the Metro East region of Illinois.
