Do you have what it takes to be a Managing Broker? Then don’t miss the Applied Management and Supervision webinar Aug. 26-27. Veteran REALTOR® and CEO of the Decatur Association of REALTORS® Norm Willoughby will lead this interactive course.  Managing Brokers may sponsor and supervise other licensees as well as sponsor themselves.

Brokers who have held their license for the last two out three years are eligible to become Managing Brokers after completing 45 hours of designated Managing Broker pre-license coursework and passing the state licensing exam. The 30-hour Managing Broker Pre-license Topics course may be taken by home study through the IAR Licensing & Training Center. The 15-hour Applied Management and Supervision interactive course may be taken by webinar or in a classroom.

Registration is now open for the Aug. 26-27 webinar, and seats are still available.  If you have completed or will complete the 30-hour Managing Broker Pre-license Topics course before Aug. 26, register today for the Applied Management and Supervision webinar Aug. 26-27.
