Consecutive course modules open as content is accessed and quizzes are completed, scoring 75%, or higher, on each to complete the course. Students can complete everything from their home or office with the unique features of the D2L system.

Course Contents
Illinois REALTORS® ETH 1535 will provide the real estate licensee with an understanding to apply the Code of Ethics in the practice of real estate brokerage. In addition, it provides a knowledge of the purpose, history, enforcement and it’s correlation to the Real Estate License Act of 2000. The 2019/2020 changes to the COE requirement and MLS changes are also discussed.
This course satisfies the NAR Ethics training requirement.
