Illinois 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics

This course is 100% self-paced and self-guided, providing 60 of the 75 hours of instruction in basic principles of real estate required of all applicants for a broker license in Illinois. The course prepares learners for the Illinois licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate broker in Illinois. Topics include license law, real property, agency, state and federal laws, advertising, valuation, finance, real estate calculations, contracts, transfer of title, and property management.

• Students must also complete Illinois 15-Hour Applied Real Estate Principles – Interactive to be eligible for the licensing exam
