Illinois 15-Hour Applied Real Estate Principles – Interactive

This course is 100% self-paced and self-guided, providing 15 of the 75 hours of instruction required of all applicants for a broker license in Illinois. The course is interactive, presenting situational simulations, case studies, role playing and demonstrations of real estate activities, requiring application of the basic principles of real estate presented in the 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics Course. Course topics include the principles of real property, state and federal law, real estate transactions, and real estate career paths.

• Students must also complete Illinois 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics to be eligible for the licensing exam
